Why this page exists

From separate topics to one system.

I used to see health as separate topics: food, sleep, hormones, energy, stress and training. The more I learned, the more I noticed that these systems are connected.

This page is my attempt to understand the basics in a logical order: gut, mitochondria, endocrine system, nervous system and circadian rhythm.
